Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Vichara LLC, we stand behind the quality of our work. We want every client to feel confident in their investment, which is why we have established a clear, fair, and transparent refund policy. Our goal is to resolve any dissatisfaction before a refund becomes necessary, and we encourage clients to contact us first if they have concerns.
This policy applies to all subscription-based services offered through our Standard, Premium, and Basic plans. Project-based and Enterprise engagements are governed by the terms specified in individual service agreements.
2. 14-Day Refund Window
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscription clients. If you are not satisfied with your Vichara subscription for any reason within the first 14 calendar days of your initial billing date, you may request a full refund of your first month's payment.
To qualify for a refund under this policy:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of your initial subscription payment
- This guarantee applies only to your first subscription period — it does not apply to renewals or subsequent billing cycles
- You must contact us at contact@vicharay.com with your account information and reason for the request
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
3. Non-Refundable Cases
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Refund requests submitted after the 14-day guarantee window has expired
- Renewal charges after the initial subscription period
- Partial months of service — subscriptions are billed monthly and are not prorated upon cancellation
- Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service
- One-time setup fees, audit fees, or strategy session fees
- Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (advertising spend, domain registrations, software licenses)
4. Enterprise and Custom Plans
Enterprise engagements and custom project agreements are subject to the refund and cancellation terms outlined in the individual Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Service Agreement (MSA) signed between Vichara LLC and the client. These terms supersede the general refund policy described in this document.
In cases where no specific refund terms are documented in the contract, disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties. We are always willing to discuss reasonable accommodations to ensure client satisfaction.
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
- Email us at contact@vicharay.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your full name, registered email address, and the date of your subscription purchase
- Briefly describe the reason for your refund request (this helps us improve our services)
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
- If approved, the refund will be processed and should appear within 5–10 business days
We take all refund requests seriously and treat each one with care. If you have a concern about the quality of our work, we strongly encourage you to speak with your account manager first — in many cases, we can resolve the issue without requiring a refund.
